Private Training

Work one-on-one with an expert WBP Teacher to do a full fitness evaluation, set goals, and create a custom workout plan. We’ll make sure you have all the support you need to achieve the results you want. Private Training is ideal for those new to Pilates and Gyrotonic, or those with injuries or other issues that may require more personal attention than available in a class setting.

 

Pilates 

Well Body Pilates incorporates classical Pilates techniques, with a contemporary, anatomy based approach. Looking to go deep and access those intrinsic muscles you didn't even know you had? Pilates is what you've been looking for.  Well Body Pilates utilizes a variety of specialized equipment and mat sequences, in order to balance the body with a focus on breath, alignment, and increased articulation. WBP Teachers are all fully certified in Pilates, and many have certifications and continuing education in other modalities, including pre-/post-natal, massage, Pilates for athletes, energy work, and more.

Gyrotonic

The Gyrotonic Expansion System is all about finding more space and feeling better in your body. Using specialized Gyrotonic equipment, you'll activate deep muscles, move along energy lines in your body, and spiral your way to movement possibilities you didn't know you had. Work one-on-one to get a thorough introduction to this unique system, or join in a Gyrokinesis class for a group experience (same principles, no machines).
